my front brakes are dragging. what can be the culprit????

i recently did a complete brake job because of the same issue, calipers, rotors, pads, bled the entire brake system. Everything seemed fine until now, about 250-300 miles after the brake job.

i am at a loss right now and i really don't know what to do. dont have too much money, so it's hard to take it to a shop. Please help TW, your input means a lot to me.

Well, you already replaced the calipers, so that most likely isn't the cause.

Next comes diagnosing the Brake Booster (push rod out of adjustment, vacuum leak, or bad), and also the master cylinder.

also, this only happens after i drive for about 15 miles or so, other than that i can barely hear them drag.

tested booster and it was fine. but it doesn't seem like the Master Cylinder is going bad either. there are no leaks and the pedal never goes all the way to the floor. i also had a buddy look at this and he said he was at a loss.

just took off the cap and seen that the inner seal part is cracked in 2 places, also remembering that before the brake job that the cap would pop off now and again.

maybe this is letting air into my system, hopefully.

will try to get a new one from the stealership bcuz i doubt any autoparts store will carry this, or try looking at a junkyard. then will bleed the brakes again.

this "brake issue" has been a tough ordeal and i'm lookin forward to it bein over
