    I have a 2013 Tacoma 4X4 4-door with 118K miles.

My set: 265 Nitto A/T tires, 2-1/2” lift — Bilstein 5100/OMU springs front and back, which was added when the truck had 16K miles. Last week I had two new tires put on at discount tire — both tires were put on the rear of the truck (I would have added four new tires but I’m hurting for cash). Soon after picking up my truck I began having very specific issues with braking. The issue only occurs when I am at a speed of 35-50 MPH and only on right hand corners with a slight downhill grade. As I enter the corner and start braking the front breaks seem to lock up and the truck lunges into oncoming traffic.

This issue is dangerous and scary when it occurs and I hoping someone can help me with this issue.

You need to get your vsc reprogrammed at the dealer. Should cost maybe $100. Sometimes when you lift our trucks it throws the sensors out of wack and the vsc thinks you're gonna roll around corners. Pretty easy fix

Thanks Paul. As I read through the forums this seems to be very common. The weird part is that I started having this issue 100,000 miles after adding my lift. Most folks seem to have the issue soon after adding their lift. Really appreciate the quick feedback!

I forgot to add this (and not sure if it matters). The "issue" has always occurred during dry perfect conditions... no ice, wet/slippery or oily road surface
