This is a really cool build! I'm a Fusion360 user too, love seeing the concept in Fusion turn into reality. I think it would be really interesting to test your model with a static stress simulation with your mounting points as the fixed constraints. Although by looking at it, your build is already plenty strong.

May I ask what led's you're using in the bumper?

    Nicely done!
Pretty cool you got a good representation of the frame rails and mounts in ur cad. Very useful.

Thanks, being able to model the frame and have a rough placement in cad of the front body work helped a lot with being able to cut and bend everything right the first time. Maybe one of these days I will sit down and really learn how to properly setup stress simulations.

These are the LED's that I used. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D5X28W6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I will probably build another set and spend a little more time finishing them, and sealing them together.

Thanks, I often end up spending to much time on the small details like that... But it feels good when your parts line up perfect the first time.

What part of MN are you in? Still has leaves on the trees with good color so I'd guess south of the cities? Nice work on that bumper.
