front bumper cover side panel adjustment

    There are these side panels on each side of my 2015 DC front bumper cover. They look like part of the cover, but it turns out they are separate pieces, a left and a right. The gap between the right one and the fender skirt is quite a bit wider than the one on the left but all other gaps between the main bumper cover and grill, headlights and cover etc are perfect. If I can raise the right side cover up 1/4 " it will be pretty straight. Can someone tell me whats holding that piece on and how to get to the hardware? If anyone had pics that would be even better. Thanks for any assistance.
