Wow, that turned out way better than I anticipated. :sawzall:

I'd definitely put something over the front of that lower radiator section soon though.

Edit: Have you considered longer upper and lower control arms?

When I made the first cut I left about a 1/2 inch extra, of the lower cover, on there. I pre fitted the bumper, removed it, and made my final cut. Also you can buy some black or other color edging to go over the cut line when you are done. Hope this helps you out.

A picture with the edging on the cut line. Also I used some plastic, from a trash can, to clean up the fender liner.

I did consider long travel once upon a time but that was an all out buy that I'm glad I never got. Haha. The current mid travel I have is more than capable.

C4 Fab. Hybrid front bumper. Would look better if I had gotten my light bar and universal mounts for fog lights.

There’s a shelf on the bottom of the grill. I drilled 2 holes in it. Right above the oval holes in the cross brace. Zip ties. Make sure you don’t hit any wires.

Looks nice! Where did you get this? I just see "Coming Soon" on their site for 2016+ front bumpers.

I called the number on the website and got a hold of Billy. He's a good dude. We shot the shit on the phone for a bit and he even offered me some technical advice.

Sounds like a solid company. How much was it if I may ask?

This exact bumper was $980 bare. Had I known they do 50% down and 50% after completion, I would have jumped on it sooner. Also it's one of the few companies that haven't upped their prices yet.

That’s not bad. Not trying to pay 1600 for a basic bumper. They give you weight specs? Is it over 100 lbs?

They didn't but I'm pretty sure it's over 100 lbs. This along with the high clearance rear (no swingout) on the pallet was 300 lbs. The stock bumper and aluminum reinforcement was only around 10 lbs.

The bumper I put on weights 125. Gives you an idea.
