I know opinions are like ( )o( ) but I am soliciting them from the TW brain trust.
I am looking at replacing my front bumper with something like the bumper pictured below. I do want lights and can go either way with a winch. I am mostly looking for solid recovery points and a light bar. Please post up your positive and negative regarding both brands and vendors. Thanks!

    Oh look, another mod....
I have that exact same bumper. I didn't get a winch though, because I don't wheel hard enough to need it. But I did add a light bar.

Just added the same bumper plus a winch on Friday. Like it so far. Shop around and you can find it for 560 or less. I skipped the light bar because I don't need it and I like reaching through to use the winch.

The Body Armor and DV8 slimline bumpers are NOT great for recovery. I have about ripped my DV8 off when using it as a recovery point. The mounting brackets are flimsy and bend easily. The winch fairlead is also at a 45° angle downward and doesn't bode well when pulling something straight ahead or above grade from the bumper. It pulls the bumper upward into the grill. These bumpers look good but are not practical for wheeling and winch usage or recovery.
