Front Bumper Hitch

    Can you still attach the OEM skid plate with this front hitch mounted?

    Yes you can, but it adds time to remove: The front row of skid bolts are a serious pain to remove without loosening the hitch assembly to wiggle it out of the way. The hitch comes close up front and then wraps outside of the frame rails that the skid plate is between. The hitch partially bolts to the stock Toyota recovery hook points if I remember correctly. Sorry, it's been awhile since I looked. My Taco's skid is still installed, albeit with a drain hole cut into it for the radiator.
