The 4x4 Labs I built just got back from powder and I think it is sweet. I built it in kit form, which allows for some adjustment and customization, but they also have pre-built. These are relatively new to the market.

The tube is my addition. So is my terrible welding

I intentionally put 1/2" or so gap to the fenders as Baja or any rough road at speed will move a bumper wing no matter how much rigidity you build in. And the sound of a wing slapping your fender is annoying.
