Installed new pelfrey bumper and the alignment looks off. I haven't seen another in person so maybe this is correct but I don't suspect so.

The height adjustment is as high as I can get it and all blots are tightened down. The driver side had some damage, hence the new bumper but it actually looks better aligned than the passenger side. Front mating looks ok.

You have to shim the bumper for alignment. Mine was the same way.

Mine did that as well. Add flat washers to one side and it should even out. Make sure its Grade 8 washers.

Did your crash bar get damaged on the driver side in the accident? That might have changed the alignment. If you add a washer onto the driver side bolts, it'll push the bumper out a little more and look more even.

I don't think so, most everything looked OK under there. Even the flimsy aluminum bracketry. I had hit a tire and it did mostly cosmetic damage best I can tell.

The driver's side looks too high in the pic showing the fender. Should be close to 1/2" clearance between the bumper and the fender. The cab will move quite a bit, and will contact the bumper if too close.

You'll want some gap with the bumper for flex.

What size are those studs that the bumper bolts up to?

It looks like the whole front of the fender was pulled down when you hit the tire. There's a big gap between the headlight and the hood, as well as the hood and the front of the fender.

They suggested to shim the bumper? Where would you shim it? I could see shimming if the bumper was closer IN on one side, but OP is having issues with one side being higher.

In any case, 1/2" gap on both sides is called for in the install instructions due to body flex.

Loosen the bolts on the side that is too high, tap down gently, and retighten the bolts.

Also, make sure the bottom of the bumper sitting on the bolts is sitting flush. The first time I put my bumper on there was a gap near the bottom. This should go away when you tighten the bolts, but if it was off, it may not.

He's missing the snap-in trim piece below the headlight. And it looks like the headlight was tweaked up causing the gap above the light. Possibly broke the retaining clip to the grill? There is a little bolt (or body pin.. can't recall).

We are working on solving this. There are several factors that may be affecting the fitment. We will ensure everything is dialed in when its all said and done. Rick has a game plan for the weekend to make necessary adjustments.

Yes the headlight is all jacked up and half of it securing point are broken. Most of the gaps you see are because the headlight is barely in. Iv got another set I'm doing retros on.

I'm going to play with it this weekend. The passenger side is too low for sure. The driver side could be lower but that doesn't fix the passenger side.

I do have to remind everyone this is, at this point, an installation issue. The bumper itself kicks ass tho my little girl doesn't like it.

It seems to angle down slightly as it travels to rear of car as well. I expect a shim on the top mounting stud will allow this to suck up some.

Just FYI: You can pull those wings off. It's 1 bolt on the underside.
