I need to replace the front bumper on my 04 base,5 lug.
I have been looking at them. At some point, I noticed almost none show a front license plate. Not a requirement where I live, but it should be there if I ever needed it. I went out back and looked at the old mangled one that came off of the truck. I don't see it. What the heck? Where does the plate attach on the front of a 02-04? (if this turns out to be a dumb question, embarrass me).
If anyone can recommend a good complete OME bumper, please let me know.
    Thanks

They did not come with an actual license plate holder. You just had to screw into the lower valance plastic.

Should be a couple of license place screw position dimples you can screw into.

Yup, there's actually 4 dimples on the lower valance for 01-04, 2 on top 2 on bottom.
