I have a friend that has an '04 that has been lifted and is wondering if there is a quick/easy way to lift the front bumper so that it sits flush with the grill approx. an inch to inch and a half?

The body lift should have some w/ brackets. Unless it was a half ass home made lift. Then you would need to fab some brackets to raise the bumper.

Then again...its never to late to tell him to take off the POS body lift.

I don't think there is a quick/easy way. He will have to either get brackets made or a filler strip made - but that might look like crap if it is not done right.
You/he will not get a lot of love for body lifts on this site.:p
