So it looks like the previous owner of the truck slammed down on something pretty hard causing the bumper to pull down on the sides.

This is the bracket that holds the ends of the bumper in place, however i cant get it to pull the bumper up and still stay in the rubber bracket that keeps it from bouncing. [IMG] [IMG]

All the other bumper brackets seem to be straight, anybody got any ideas on how to get the ends back into place?

yeah it seems like either it got caught on something and started to rip off, or it got slammed in the front pushing the front up and the sides down. The main brackets all seem fine, so i dont think removing the bumper is nessecary. I think it pretty much has to be the brackets in the pics, however they too look straight. I cant figure out how to get them to pull then ends of the bumper up higher.

There's a thread about that on here somewhere. I read it not to long ago. Mine is the same way. You have to get under there and loosen the mounting brackets and then move it back up and retighten them. I have to do mine too. I just going by what was said on the thread. I haven't really looked at mine yet. Few said it was a simple fix.

Fixed it, turns out that the main bracket was loose and the bumper slipped out of place. Thanks for the help guys.
