This morning I finished the black trim restoration that I started a couple of months ago with the wheel trim. It was a hot day with little to no wind for painting outside. I used my last can of Krylon Fusion Plastic Paint. Now I'm all done. The wheel trim matches the bumper.

Maintenance going forward will be with 303 protectant.

I think it came out ok for an amateur paint job.

    Pictures.

I used regular blue painters tape on the chrome, trim, and to cover the orange bumper lights.

The tan material used on the grill and headlights is drawer lining contact paper with adhesive backing from Walmart in the kitchen supply section.
This is stuff that Grandma used for lining kitchen cabinets and drawers. It clings to wood or metal. Pulling it off is easy. No adhesive residue like some tapes.

Now the bumper matches the wheel trim. The Krylon Fusion product is holding up well on the wheel trim.
