Well, I don't have a winch... but when I have been winched, most of the times, the winch line goes into an angle with the fairlead...

Ok! Now I get you! I didn't think about that before...

I like the design, but now looking at the angle, it can be a problem!!!

Oh yeah dude! Easy take some shit out!! Im sure a full plate bumper would do better on the sides but the middle section is a tank

I hit a second deer after putting my Brute Force full plate on. Yeah, I felt the the thump travel through the frame to my ass, then a bump as the rear tires hit it. lol That was it. Had to straighten the license plate and wipe fur off a couple spots.

    My two cents:

ARB: may be stout... And it looks it too, but it's ugly as hell.

Every other bumper mentioned in this thread so far: may not be as "stout" but will still offer protection, and have the availability for those "options/extras" you're looking for.

I personally don't have an aftermarket bumper on mine, YET. My personal preference is AllPro. Now that they have their new APEX series bumper I'm having a hard time deciding on whether I wanna go with that one, or their plate style one. Although its funny seeing that not one person on this thread has given an AllPro shout out... Don't know of there's some AllPro hatred out there or some massive disappointment I'm not aware about lol.

Anyway, all in all I'd go with what some other members have already said in past threads. Go with what YOU like and want. Everyone will always say that the one that they bought is the best and come up with hundreds of reasons on why they happen to be subject matter experts supposedly. Make yourself happy/content with your purchase, not them... Like I said, MY 2 cents.
