Sorry to hear that. In my case they were very responsive (within 24 hrs each time I received friendly and helpful email responses to multiple inquiries / concerns). The new .bin loaded seamlessly - And it is a sweet mod - front cam makes cresting steep hills safer/easier and is perfect for garage parking, controls work as advertised. Sounds like they really should have refunded you at a minimum.

hancock 2020, I understand your frustration completely.
Last month got a Chinese part for my Mazda which did not fit.
Complained and the seller agreed to refund my money, $97.00.
Only "catch" was, I had to return the item.
Again, to me not an issue as it was not a big box.
Cost to return $100.00, $3.00 more than my refund.
So I'm stuck with parts that do not fit. Crazy to return it when I would get less money than it cost to mail it back.
Keep trying, hopefully you are more successful than I.

    Hi All,

Confirming again, that Car-Solutions aka Germes Lab is not to be messed with, in my opinion. In April, I ordered their camera control switch solution for my 2020 Tacoma. I installed it (pretty easy) and immediately noticed door handle lock touch sensor glitch as well as key fob lock glitches. l complained, followed two hours of software upgrade instructions, but the problem persisted. I then removed the controller completely and all door locks and key fob went back to working normal.

I asked for a refund... after going back-n-forth, was told to ship the controller to Hong Kong!!! At my cost! After cost of shipping to me, and then shipping back to them (total $70.00) I got back only $80.00 on this purchase. My advice, do not use Car-Solutions/Germes Lab. Later, I purchased the "Anytime Camera" brand. It's slightly more difficult to install due to a separate switch, but no door lock or key fob issues! (Thank God).
