front coil springs

Bought used pair of stock front coil springs and as per dealer there are to different part numbers but I cant see a difference and dealer cant tell me difference either is there anyway to tell ? Only see colored dots on springs but parts guy cant tell me what they mean.

 

One of them is a grater spring rate goes on the drivers side to correct the Famous Taco Lean "What's the taco lean you ask ? well... Battery & Gas tank makes the truck lean to the drivers side

 

I understand about the lean but how do i tell the difference they look the same only marking is colored dots
