I had my 2016 tacoma for about a year now. I bought it used comes with a leveling lift kit with 33s bfg now I'm hearing a front grinding now almost sound like tire rubbing noise but it's not. The noise goes away in 4 wheel drive. I took to Toyota twice and for some reason they can't duplicate the noise and it's frustrating and not only that the noise is annoying. It only has 21,397 miles on it so I'm trying to get them to fix it under warranty if not I might need to fix it. Does anyone have this problem and how did you get toyota to fix it?

No vibration? You should feel something.

Put it in 4 wheel drive going down the road and see if the sound goes away. If so, it is the needle bearing.

My 2015 TRD Pro had the issue and I found the TSB and took that with me to the dealer.

Yeah it goes away on 4 wheel drive. But there is time I don't hear or feel it. Maybe it's the new wheels I got. I noticed the noise quite down a little after that. I just found the tsb on another thread and I schedule another appointment at a different location for this Friday and hopefully they can fix the problem for me. I don't like how the tsb say to replace the whole diff if the noise is there.
