Just made my service appt for Friday morning to get my front diff checked out. I have the ominous growling/vibe at 35-40mph that goes away when I put it in 4WD. I'm at 49,900 miles so hopefully the dealer won't be a dick and screw me on the warranty since I have 5100s in the front @1.75. I'll update on Friday.

For those who have had the diff replaced after experiencing this problem, how long did it take the technicians to figure out that the needle bearing in the front diff was the problem?
