When I installed the Harrop elocker and put everything back in I had that same issue with the passenger side seal leaking even after putting in a new seal. Check to make sure that the seal is not too far in. Mine was within specs but still leaked so what I did was loosen the diff mounts and straightened it cuz it seemed to be a little crooked. Tightened them back up and went for a drive and no more leaks.

I’m thinking this might be an issue of frame damage possibly?

    Yes most noticeable at 40mph.
It is basically almost always there though just muffled.
I will try turning my truck off and coasting tonight.
I uploaded a picture that might indicate some sort of bent frame possibly, tell me what you think

Either some wack ass aftermarket boot, or his tripods not fully back in the cup? What do you think? Hate trying to get those things back in there

when you say replaced? As in toyota did it? Or an independent shop? If its toyota genuine its got a needle bearing, if regeared most good knowledgeable shops would reccommend you get the ecgs bushing sleeve
