Does anyone else have this issue? The bottom portion of my front door on the driver side doesn't sit flush with the rear door. It slightly sits raised and doesn't rest on the weather stripping. I noticed it when I first got the truck 5 months ago. But it has been getting worse. (I'll post pictures in a little)

Just an update for anyone who cares.

Brought it into the local dealer. They confirmed the door was out of alignment and did not sit properly. They sent it to a local body shop and they adjusted the hinges and such. The door now sits perfectly flush.

Apparently when the dealer takes their deliveries they are supposed to make adjustments to the door hinges and such and the dealer I got it from forgot to.

Eh, idk. I took ownership of the truck a few hours after the truck was delivered to the dealership. Possibly they missed it trying to rush it to me.

You are way more easy-going than the average TW user. I'm just jaded, so don't be like me.

Eh, to be honest I've had several cosmetic issues with this truck. It has upset me, but the service advisor at the dealer I've gone to has made it a very easy process for me and has gotten everything taken care of for me.

However though, the mechanical aspect of this truck so far has been great I am somewhat disappointed in wear and gear and cosmetics. My steering wheel has already began to peel.

I came from a BMW. The QC as far as appearance was far better but mechanical not so much.

My truck has been flawless pretty much. I do have a brake squeal I need to have checked at the next service. You mentioned that you have a positive relationship with your dealer, that makes a huge difference. Not everyone is as fortunate.

I know what you mean on that, I got lucky and was placed with a random service advisor on my 5k service because the one I selected was busy. He ended up being great. He personally drives my truck to the back, instructs to techs to be "gentle" with the truck and walks the truck over with me for any scratches or damages. Then places a sign on the vehicle that says "be careful with paint" when I mentioned I had it ceramicly coated. He's also gone out of his way to put gas in for me, as well as hooking me up with freebies.
