Front driver side tire/ suspension

    2006 Tacoma, v6 double cab
    I bought my 2006 Tacoma about a month ago and a new sound I haven’t heard before has started to happen a couple of days agony. When I put it in reverse and when I am turning right it makes a clicking/grinding noise coming from the front left of the truck. The sound is worse/louder when in reverse.
    Wanted to see if anyone else has come across a problem like this, any help is appreciated! Thank you
