I was greasing my u joints today and saw that one of the zerks on my front driveshaft u joints is completely broken off, and have decided to pull the driveshaft and replace both front U Joints for good measure. For the life of me, I cannot figure out what size U Joint to buy, I have seen several different sizes thrown about for the front driveshaft here and on reddit. I found a diagram but it only marks the rear driveshaft u joints.

What size do I need for the front driveshaft u joints for a regular cab, manual, 2.7L engine taco? Should I go greaseable or non?[IMG]

Those work as well, but I think the 5-1310X/5-1310-1X is reported to be stronger and has an extra dust seal for longevity. Other difference is zerk on the cross vs zerk on the cap for easier access. Price difference is negligible which is why I think most people go with the 5-1310 series.

Ah ok thank you! Well, I'm pretty good at removing my front driveshaft now... so if I have to do this again in a few years, so be it. Thanks for your help
