Having a bit of an issue of getting the front end aligned correctly.
I used to live in southern Florida and took it the dealer where I purchased it twice.
For some reason, they were not able to get it perfect. Now I live in Alabama, took it
to Firestone Complete Auto and it still is not right. It was pulling to the left and now it is
pulling to the right. What is the issue? Has anyone else experienced this? I am a 68 year old able bodied woman and love my truck! But need to get it right! I can do some mechanics but not an expert! Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!

Any modifications to the vehicle? Has there been any front-end damage (even minor), or repairs to front-end suspension components?

Thanks for the quick response. No, has never been damaged, no modifications, or repairs.

In my experience a lot of alignment technicians are pretty worthless. They don't truly understand how alignments work. Ideally you could find a 4x4 shop that does alignments on site and have them do it. I myself have had many alignments done incorrectly and had to show the alignment tech how to do it properly. Maybe 1/5 alignments I've had were good first go around.

The adjustments in the lower cams for alignment offer a lot of adjustability when it is not lifted, less room for corrections when it is lifted. So with that much adjustability it can also be done wrong.

As @Crikeymike said, you need to find the right shop. This isn't rocket surgery, but it is a skill and does require both skill and an understanding of how both the truck and the alignment equipment work. I would contact some of the local car clubs in your area and ask for recommendations on a good shop.

Thank you for your responses. I am going to go back to Firestone and have him do it again as it has
a 12 month warranty. If it does not work this time, then I will find another shop.
Is this something you need a machine to do? I have seen some You Tube videos of people doing it at home.
Just curious..........Again, thanks to @tirediron and @Crikeymike for you quick responses. Much appreciated!!

You can do a rough alignment at home, but modern vehicles have caster & camber tolerances that are measured to two decimal places.... there's NO WAY you're doing that in your driveway with string and a framing square. Do you know which aspect(s) of the alignment that they weren't able to dial in?

Sorry, I do not and it is not on my paperwork either. When I take it back I will have them give me that information so the next shop I go to can see what they did. Thanks for the advice!
