Jeez, don't blame you. It could also be new parts breaking in still. Go over both sides carefully, have someone rock the truck for you or use a jack to try to pinpoint the source. It's likely nothing major, but it is very annoying nonetheless.

I'm betting it's the bushings on the UCA's since wheel speed seems to be irrelevant. Many installation instructions advise against adding grease to the bushings. I greased mine and haven't had any issues. Install was much easier on my TC UCA's than the Camburg UCA's (which I did not grease) as well. If they wear out a bit earlier because of the grease, I don't really care, I'll just replace the bushings early.

Cool yea i greased the ball joints on my UCAs (shop neglected to do it, of course) SPC UCA bushings don’t require grease.. yea i know it’s nothing serious just annoying as all hell on a brand new truck with brand new parts!!! :annoyed:.. hopefully it’s the dust cover or something simple..
    thanks again

Bump on a old thread but did anyone find an answer to this aside from the backing plate?

Almost sounds like a metal washer on a bolt is causing a high pitched chirp but can’t narrow it down. Mine definitely sounds like the front drivers side.

Anyone find a solution to this? I have a 2017 and after lift I’m hearing this high pitched chirp noise from my front passengers side. Definitely sounds like a bird in my passenger side wheel well. 6112 installed on 6/5 settings with SPC UCA

I am having this too after a lift and gonna say its the U joints or most likely the carrier bearing. I have a Tom Woods one piece coming this week so to hell with the carrier bearing and the whole 2 piece garbage. I google searched the squeak and Tacoma and there's tons of posts about this everyone primarily says U joints or carrier. I have drive line vibrations too why I am getting the one piece. So I should eliminate the vibes and the squeak shit is fucking annoying though LOL like seagulls squeaking. Mine happened after I came off the beach this weekend so I swore there was sand stuck somewhere LOL
