Not sure if there's a wait on the CSF raidiators atm, maybe in stock. You can drive without the center grill while your Satoshi is getting made, or pick up one of those snazzy new 3rd Gen pro looking ones.

If you'd of already had the bumper and center support your truck would probably be fine lol
But seriously, glad it was only a fender bender and nobody is hurt

Glad to hear everyone’s ok! Good opportunity to upgrade to a steel bumper, PRO grill and lights. :D

Legit first time ever don't this kind of thing. So once I hear back about how it'll cost to fix, I just saw I'd rather have the money to put it into for better parts?

Just spend enough time with the body shop to have a 'relationship' and stop by every couple of days and let them show you the progress and explain the procedure.

Not that you are telling them what to do, just that you want to 'learn' by observation. Your interest in the work details will usually get you a job that more attention was paid to.

Speak only with your insurance agent. Not the others, nor the other drivers. Yes, you have fault, but let them handle it, so the other parties cannot misconstrue your words

Do not do this. If there is additional damage found after dissassembly, it will be a pain to get it paid. Who's your insurance company OP?

Soooo total cost of repair is coming out to 6,500 bucks. Going to be getting a new bumper for sure, and headlights since they want 300 for each (haha).

So as we stand im looking at an ARB bumper, and getting some new headlights. I think that's the play. I have always wanted an ARB since my first truck ever was a 96 cruiser, so a long time coming. I think ill have to wait on other mods until ive got some more money to work with.

You can talk with the insurance company and tell them you want the replacement moneys in aftermarket parts, they'll play along but will require a certified shop to do the work so it's warrantied. Some will come out of your pocket, but way less than outright buying everything.

Looks like minor cosmetic damage. Front frame may be a bit bent but I honestly think your taco fared well! I wouldn't have guessed it was 6500 worth in damage. My shop does insurance work and alot of the times the customers end up walking out with a great deal.
