Front end collison - fix or not

Was unfortunately in a front-end collision without collision coverage on my insurance. The airbag was deployed. It's a 2009 Access Cab 2WD, with ~200,000 mi on it. The engine and frame don't seem to be damaged. Was still able to drive normal when I moved it off the highway. The shop says it would be $8,500 in total plus some more for the dealer to reprogram the airbag. Really don't want to let go but still trying to decide whether it's worth fixing it or not. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

 

I’d say get her fixed. You wouldn’t be able to buy a replacement for $8500.
