    That's strange. I'm going to pull it apart today and see what going on. @License2Ill and @Speedytech7 thanks for a good starting point hope this is the problem.

    If I lock the driver side hub so it doesn't rub or grind but leav the passenger side unlocked and the t case in 2wd will it do any damage?
