Lock them up into avoid hitting the lady in front of me I crank the steering wheel into concrete barricade on driver side. Front end is all over the place and steering wheel is cocked right. Wheels screeching on turns. Anybody have any ideas of what my problem could be? Thank you

    visual inspection frist and foremost
repair/replace parts that are visually cockeyed
then a date with the alignment rack

that should prob set your straight, however keep in mind it is always possible that certain things are bent that can not be identified with the naked eye

    oh and :worthless:

At the very least you need an alignment for sure, even hitting a pothole can knock an alignment out.

But hitting a barricade at speed, I would bet money you bent something (or more than one somethings)...spindle, lower control, tie rods maybe, etc.

Take it to a shop that does alignments and they should be able to tell you what you need.

Ok thanks y'all. I don't see anything bent underneath. But it looks like I have a bent camber? The wheel is leaning in, at the top, probably about a inch. And my steering wheel is cocked about a qtr turn to drive straight.

Oh and the alignment shop says it is unalignable right now. They showed me the chart that shows where my wheels are supposed to be and where they are currently. The driver side wheel supposed to be at zero and it's at 1.3 but also my passenger wheel is at 1.1. I bought this truck totaled at an auction on that passenger side so I'm thinking the passenger wheel was already messed up and I did the driver side in. I guess my question is what part is it that would affect how the wheel looks in terms of leaning top to bottom. Like a camber. Thank you guys!!

Had a similiar accident a few years ago. probably bent the inner tie rod, when it bends it shortens which pulls the wheel toed in. You may also have damaged the steering rack, look for fluid where you inner tied rod meets the rack & loosen the boot and see if there is fluid inside it. If so highly likely that the rack is damaged too.
