Front end "klunk" and "bang" after lift and new shocks. PLEASE HELP!!!

I got the same problem 2.5 RC lift with stock uca and LCA . When suspension is full extended the knucle hit the springs . Also when making a turn and taking a small bump it will make clunk sound.

Lower control arm. Follow the advice already mentioned in this thread. How many miles you got on the truck and other suspension components? You may be best just buying new LCAs which come with new bushings and lower ball joints.

Start with checking torque on the alignment cams and inspecting bushings.
