I know it’s dark right now but if you can take better pix tomorrow that will help out a lot. If possible take the wheel off as well.

Just not sure how you can mess up that relocation bracket?? I checked it out.. it’s a 1” black aluminum block and resi bracket is above it.. I’d love it to be something that simple.. the squeaking (passenger side) went away this morning because everything was wet with dew.. now that grinding popping sound has progressed.. has me thinking it might be the spider gear mashing the needle bearing in the diff..

I have him and timbo in a PM
Tim is 5 hours away from him but has made some good suggestions.
" Also he needs to check the upper ball joint to make sure the castle nut is tight."
"wondering if they didn’t put thewashers on the control arm. Maybe they did the outer ones and said screw the inner ones because they area b**** some times to get between theshock tower and bushing."

I had a similar sound (maybe less grindy and more jangly) a number of years back after a lift. I crawled underneath and it turned out the shop forgot to torque down the sway bar end links as they were no more than finger tight.

Thanks.. I’ve tried 4hi and sound is still there breaking. Same circumstances.. sway bar links appear to be tight although i didn’t try to retourqe them.. I’m headed for a proper alignment tomorrow. I’ll have them check all points on the front end.. fingers crossed hopefully it’s something painfully simple.

Wait a second.. there’s only two outer washers per uca (SPCs). I think total chaos has outer and inner washers SPC uses factory washers and bolts? Right?
