    That's no good at all.

Service manager called me back. Wants a video of the noise because it's hard to duplicate.

Good news!!! The axel seal was replaced Tuesday and I picked the truck up Tuesday evening... have been driving it everywhere since and so far no noise and no more leak... I still have my fingers crossed but maybe it's finally all fixed now...

OK Final update (Hopefully)... I have been driving the truck for nearly a week now using it as the primary family vehicle so it is getting driven sugnificantly more than normal.... so far so good... no noise and no leaks... I have spoken with the dealership service manager and the body shop again... in short they said that numerous bolts were a half turn or more loose and those were all tightened up... body mounts, frame and cross member bolts and engine, transmission and drive train bolts as well... I THINK (knocking on wood) that it may be fixed (not solved because we don't know exactly which one was the issue)... I will update again if anything changes but for now I am considering it fixed... Thank you all for your input and I hope that if anyone else is having the problem maybe they will now have a place to look...

I also found several loose bolts and mine is now improved.

IDK if my issue applies to any of the newer models but I finally figured out my Pop,Clunk,Bang,Knock in the front end. The LCA is "breaking loose" from the LCA bushing..

Great job video-ing the problem in action! I suspected the LCA bushings were the source of the clunk, and was planning to put a camera to see. But I don't have a good camera, so I decided to just assume that was the cause and tack-welded the bushings to the LCA in 3 places each. Problem solved.
