Front end noise

    I know this isnt tacoma related but today we washed my wifes car its a 08 corolla and now after washing it there is a grinding noise coming from the front passenger side wheel i took of the wheel and looked over every thing and dont see anything wrong the break rotors and pads are only 3 months old it does this noise while driving and breaking if anybody may know what its i would appreciate it.

    Could be a wheel bearing.

    It just started right after we washed it and i also spun wheel hub with the wheel off and i could here a slight sound like the pads where rubbing the rotors a little bit but that should be normal i think

    Did you wash it with a power washer? Pressure washers can force grease out of places that well... need grease

    Wheel weight would cause vibration not grinding though? Unless you're saying a wheel weight got knocked loose and is rubbing against something in the hub..

    I don't know (a lot) I just read on here a bunch and people always say start with the simple stuff.

    Although, he just did brake work so...

    You could have pretty easily knocked some grit and gravel loose from the wheels when washing it and they're now lodged in the rotors causing a grinding noise upon braking. If that's the case get it out before it scratches the shit out of your rotors or destroys your pads
