I’ve experienced a rattling sound for awhile now. Went to 3 different dealerships and was told every time it could not be replicated. I decided to purchase a GoPro to record the noise and maybe have a better chance in finding it.

Truck is a 2020 TRD Off-road. This sound occurs every time I go over bumps in the road. I included a video of where I think the sound is coming from. I spent hours under the truck touching and moving everything I could see in case something was loose but I still can’t find where the sound is coming from. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Sounds like a loose brake dust shield.

That was the first thought but I removed the tires and make sure they were tight.

Maybe a rock wedged in there?

removed the tires again to confirm. No rocks and not loose.

Make sure the fan isn’t hitting the shroud. It seems to happen when you hit a bump. Fan, shroud or radiator might be moving a tad.
