The stock bushing measures 2.27" from washer to washer.
The uninstalled energy suspension bushing measures 2.25".
When pushed into a-arm it measures 2.31".
When the sleeve is pressed in, it measures almost 2.38".
No room for the other washer to press back onto the sleeve.

I am thinking about buying 3 more OEM bushings and going that route. I will have to have an auto shop press them in and out.

On a side note, the upper Energy Suspension bushings that came in the set fit perfectly.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in a while.
I dropped my hubs off at an auto shop to have them do the pressing out and pressing in of the new bearings. I left them with the new replacement bearings, lock rings, brake plates and the seal pictured below.
The shop just called me stating the seals were incorrect.
I bought my parts online from Ourisman Toyota of Richmond.
Their parts system shows these fit my truck, but the diagram does not look like a manual hub truck. I have attached a picture of the diagram.
I believe I need the seal that is #9 on the diagram.
I need to source the correct seals as soon as possible.
Do any of you guys know the correct OEM part number of these seals?
Thank you for the help.Seal.jpg Seal.png

Yeah, that diagram is a bit confusing to visualize but is correct. I press my own FWBs because the last shop pressed the bearing into the hub backwards. They failed in less than 2000 miles. Seal #8 for my '97 V6 Taco 4x4 with manual hubs is the 90316-69001 you show & seal #9 is 90312-95001: FRONT AXLE HUB | Toyota TACOMA VZN170L-CRMDKAB RZN161,171,VZN160,170 | Parts Catalogs | PartSouq.

Ourisman: 1995-2007 Toyota Wheel Seal (Left, Right, Front) 90312-95001 | Ourisman Toyota of Richmond Online Parts. Check the p/n with your VIN to verify.

Below is the OEM 90312-95001 seal installed on the knuckle before pressing the hub into the OEM/KOYO FWB with the correct bearing orientation:

    Thank you!
I found a good part number, but couldn't get a oem replacement that day, so I got an offbrand from O'Reilly. Dropped it off and it was right. Hope it lasts. The shop said they would be done today.
Everything else is done, just waiting on knuckles.20241115_132342.jpg
