Do any of you have any experience with adding on front end parking sensors. Looking for a wireless.

I already complained to Toyota about that as well. So stupid to have backup camera and rear sensors.

I would love to even take the rear sensors and somehow attach them to the front - even if the Right rear would go off I would know it's the front Right. Unfortunately this would mess up the blind spot monitor

If you need front sensors, then you should get a plate bumper and park by braille.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    Sonar?

    mmmmmmmmm.nope.

    Y'all getting lazy. jk
I know the Tundras have front sensors so it would've been nice to get that technology for Tacomas too.

Y'all need front sonar for deep water crossing, or live in Houston.
Personally, I'd rather have a front mounted camera. Mounted at the top of the grille opening looking forward and slightly down so it sees a little bit of the front bumper and forward.

Front camera!? How available are those for this application?
It's the tight parking garages any more, not wanting to leave your rear end sticking out as a target!?

My dads 2016 gmc has front sensors. They are super annoying. Go off any time you are trying to park. No way to just disable them without also turning off the rear

I sense some don't like the idea of front end sensors - to each their own. Right?

For those who are interested, a member (Custm16) did a top-notch job on his truck. I am planning to duplicate his set up. He put all 4 sensors on the small detachable front bumper to avoid damaging the main bumper. I have difficulty gauging the corners so I am hoping to place 2 on the front and 1 on the corners.

Y'all asked for it! lol. Been messaging "toyomaniac" about this for the last week or so. Really easy install and very helpful. I'm getting a .pdf together with a little wright up. I'll post it on here when done. Here are some of the pictures though.

PDF turned out to be a nightmare. I can't write a technical document worth a flip lol. I also didn't have enough pictures from the install to make since in a pdf. Working with a friend to come up with a short YouTube video to show the finished install. I've attached the wiring diagrams and the few photos I did have during the install. I wrote a brief description on how I centered the holes for the sensors.
