I am having the same problem with my 2017 Tacoma. Did you ever find a solution?
    Thanks

Unfortunately I never figured it out. After a good detail they don’t make any noise for a few days, but lone behold they stared squeaking again shortly thereafter. Learned to live with it…

I have a set of ADS coil overs on the front of my 17 and I've greased everything that I can. I've noticed that if it gets wet the squeak goes away, but as soon as it drys out the squeak comes back. Do you think it could be caused by my misalignment spacers? I'm pretty sure I reused the stock bolt when I installed them.

Could be, it's worth a check and an upgrade.

I've got the BP51 setup. It squeaked just like this video:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJte-44HPfI

The bottom bearings on the coilover were full of gunk. The video shows how it all goes together. I unbolted the bottom of the coilover, compressed enough to get out of the control arm, removed both front and rear spacers, removed the o-rings, degreased everything, including the bearings, greased it and put it all back together. Noise gone.

That's my squeak!! When I spray it with a water bottle it'll go away briefly but comes right back....kind of how I narrowed it down. I've lubed everything else that can be lubed.

Just for clarification as well - I did not remove the entire shock or replace the bearings like in the video - I just took the bottom of the shock out of the mount on the lower control arm. I then removed those sleeves and rubber o-rings in the video while the shock was still attached at the top, cleaned it up (parts degreaser and a toothbrush), sprayed in lubricant, then greased everything and put it back together. Whole process took about 2 hours total from driving into the garage to backing out of the garage.

I am imagining that this may well be something I do on an regular basis. I talked with the ARB dealer who installed it, and they said if I keep on top of it, there shouldn't be anything structural to worry about.

I have a 2023 sport, stock suspension with 1000 miles (1600 kms) on it and the drivers front just started squeaking. Even though I plan on replacing the suspension I guess I'll take it to the dealer first.

I had similar noise. It comes and goes. I can temporarily eliminate it by spraying lubricant into the inner cv axle slip joint. Not sure how the noise is actually caused.

Late to the party, but I just started hearing a similar noise and I think I narrowed it down to the lower tie bar. It's sounds just like the issue in the video and after extensive testing (my friend and I rocking the truck fore, aft, and side to side) I found that if I lift even a little on the lower tie...I can hear the noise. The lower tie bar is the cross member sitting underneath the radiator and is part of of the overall radiator support. I need to take the bumper off soon but I hope when I do that I can tighten, lubricate, or gasket whatever is rubbing that makes the noise.

Similar issue here. If I rock the truck, I can feel the vibrations on the strut hat. It was happening on both struts on my 2022 OR at about 24K miles. I got the dealer to replace both after the shop foreman verified the issue.

Fast forward to today. Drove it home, pulled into my driveway, and heard the freaking noise again. Passenger side isn't doing it (yet), but I can feel the vibrations on the driver side hat again. Sprayed some AT-205 on the rubber, but it didn't help. The vibrations seem strongest at that point, but I guess it's possible that they could be coming from somewhere else.

Did you narrow it down by feel? And when you say "tie bar" do you mean sway bar?

On my truck I feel it on the strut hat, but that's the only place I can stick my arm and rock the truck by myself. It might be residual. I need someone to rock it for me while I get my automotive stethoscope and check everything.

So narrowed it down by sound, I initially thought it was the Upper Control Arm bushing. When I stuck my head in the wheel well and heard the noise (while someone was rocking it) I sounded as though it was on the other side/forward of the wheel well which ruled out the bushings. I just stuck my arm down between he grill and the radiator and started grabbing things. I was able to narrow it down that way.

Yes, I mean the lower tie tie bar as per the parts catalog at least and in my case, its the tie bar and the tie bar end piece.

I recently added an overbuilt winch tray that is probably applying some new forces to the lower components of my radiator which is causing my noise.

I’m having the same problem, I think the noise is coming from the windshield wiper fluid bucket, I messed with it and it went away… if that doesn’t work then I’m not sure. Having the same exact noise coming from front right of truck

Update, I think I found the culprit, it’s the front mount, can be bought on Amazon for $30 each side… fixes the problem. Your welcome

After my 8th visit to the dealership with two brand new front shocks that were still creaking, they said the culprit was the bottom bushing on the shock. They greased it.

My creaking is gone, but this makes no sense that it took 24K for it to start making sounds on my original pair and then only a few weeks on the new pair. Someone explain that to me.

I had this squeak for a few months. I removed my skid plate thinking that’s what it was- still squeaked. I tightened the mounting bolts for the bracket that holds the skid plate- squeak is gone for an entire week now.

My culprit was my winch tray, when I initially mounted it to the frame I think I didn't tighten it down evenly and it twisted the radiator support causing some noise. Had to reinstall the tray and did a better job of not screwing up this time, no noise.

My local garage just figured out in 5 minutes that the squeak was coming from the tire rim lug nut covers with the T on them. Dealership could not figure it out or didn’t try. I’ve had this sound for more than a year. Such a relief to have no more squeaking!
