Hey guys, im running king 2.5s with resis and adjusters, camburg uni UCAs, icon RXT leafs, and wheelers bump stops all around. I still have the sway bar on, and im raised in the front by a couple inches via pre load on the kings and 600lb springs. Theres also a c4 hybrid bumper, winch and lights to weigh it down. My question is my front end squeaks like crazy. It’s all been open there for less than 30k miles, and started to squeak recently. When i turn the wheel it squeaks and a little on compression and decompression.

Where is this coming from and how do I fix it? From what i can hear, it sounds like its the bushing that hold this sway bar?

Get a helper to turn the wheel/bounce the truck while you investigate under there.
Use your head - don't stick your fingers anywhere they will get pinched.

You should be able to feel the squeak with your hand on the offending part. If it is a bushing you can spray some silicone on the suspect area - the squeak should go away almost instantly, don't worry though, it will come right back.

I had an issue recently and while I never figure out why I stopped the squeaking by disconnecting the UCA from the spindle, cleaning and putting it back together. Something must have gotten in between there causing it to squeak.

I’ve got SPC uppers but that does not mean yours UCAs can’t squeak at the same place.

my money is on the lower shock eyelet spherical bearings. if you rock the truck back and forth and they squeak to the movement there is a good chance its that. replace with COM10T.

For me its usually the UCA bushings, wipe them down, loosen the bolt, re-grease and torque with the truck sitting on it's own weight. 85lbs Do the same thing for the LCA bolts. 105lbs(usually go a tad bit more on these than whats called for) I try to do this at least once every 4-5 months, your environment will have a roll in how often it needs to get re-greased.

Also, as mentioned before your mis-alignment spacers in the lower spherical bearings could also be causing the squeaks.
Here is a video replacing the lower bearings.

    Update!
Ok, so had my buddy @GHOST SHIP tear into my front end and rid me of the squeaks. Turns out my UCAs needed a rebuild, the bushings were all worn out and there was a little play in the uniballs. While there, he also took out my coil overs to confirm the lower spherical bearings were completely shot. To the point that the sleeves were elliptical and let the ball just fall out. So, ordered new uniballs, UCA rebuild kit, and stainless steel spherical bearing kit. Squeaks are gone and front end is happy running smoothly thru its travel.
