My '14 base Taco with 33K miles has a vibration in the front end at 44 mph and 65 mph. Wheel balance? Bent wheel? Increasing PSI reduces it some. Ideas?

2020 Red Tacoma TRD Off-Road

The infamous needle bearing perhaps? This seems to be a recurring theme on Tacoma World lol. Every time the word "vibration" comes up, there is a good chance its the needle bearing.
