07 DC 4x4 I have 40k on it with Icon stuff up front and stock and AAL (soon All Pro exp packs) in the back, I have never owned a IFS before and the rattling is driving me nuts. I have looked at and taken apart and checked all sway bar stuff, shocks, ball joints and nothing. All my other vehicles had straight axles and at 35 years of driving I decided to purchase a Toyota. I think the truck is outstanding but this is driving me crazy.

Yes I do feel the steering column problem  that is something else in my fix box. The other problem I am feeling is something like a sway bar link is messed up but I have checked them and no play. It does seem to cycle with the suspension and on wash board roads it is really bad.

Do you have the spacer blocks for the sway bar installed?

Try and completely remove the sway bar and see if that really is the issue?
Just be careful you'll have more body roll when cornering.
