Front fender swaps for a '98 Tacoma

I've crawled through here but haven't found a definitive answer to this question...
I want to replace the fenders on my '98 Tacoma.
What other years are fully compatible with my '98?

95.5-04 4wd all the same basic shape, 01-04 with flares had square holes for plastic fasteners, additional tab for mounting headlights

95.5-97 have side marker lights that screw through side of light housing into grommets, similar on 01-04

98-00 have side marker lights with a tooth that holds them in at the back of the housing and a post that snaps into a grommet on the headlight housing frame, no screws, so no need for the metal tab on the fender

 

Starting in 2000 the bare fenders have a small flat edge around the wheel well.
