I was one of the cheap bastards that did the strut lift in the front. I should of just burned my money instead of putting that on my truck. I finally replaced it today with bilstein 5100's and Eibach 2.5 lifting shocks plus a 1/4 spacer for the taco gangster lean to the drivers side. I am at factory alignment and it rides amazing. I have ZERO complaints!!!! I highly recommend this set up. I have a revtex 1.25 inch lifting block in the the rear with 5100 shocks as well. great set up. I have took my truck off road only thing I haven't done is jump the pig.

Relocated all rear lines and harness 3" lift, bilstein 5100 shocks all around 14" stroke rear shocks. Limit straps. Swaybar removed, grey wire mod., electric fan, 9000k winch. Fabbed bumper, rear disk brakes in the works lots more in the making.
agreed! i did the spacers. boy did that cause problems. just a heads up. loosen the nut on yout uca while the truck is on the ground. i realized beyond common duh the other day that the bushings are locked in one position. when you lift them they are still clocked for oem ride height and are now in a bind. if you just break it loose and tighten it back up you will hear them spring into the rite clock back to zero tension at current ride height. made a difference in ride quality. same with the lowers. but with an alignment they will spring into place anyway

Do you have any side photos of your truck? Right now I'm stuck between the eibach 2.5s and ome 885x. I'm currently on 5100s preloaded to 2.5" and want to retain the same height, but without preloading.

So you at almost 3" of lift and it aligns well. I have the same coils amd a set of 1/2" top plate spacers. I wonder if it will align without UCA's

No I'm on stock UCA. From what I hear past 2.5" of lift it is likely you'll run out of alignment and will need aftermarket UCA's

Depends on how much you cut and the backspacing of your wheels. I rub the cab mount with a 4" lift, stock wheels and 245/75/16's, and 1.25" spacers

Maybe I don't have my Icons cranked up enough but I rub with 255/75/17's. Or maybe I need wheel spacers?

It's the 75 that's getting you. I've got 265/70/17 with 5100 and only scrub backing up or compressed in a hard turn. When I had 75's they were too wide to clear the back corner near the door hinge. The thing with the spacers is you lower the droop max and bind the CV at full droop. What's your backspacing?

I have a 4 inch lift and 245/75's with spidertrax and I rub. So with a 265 and wheel spacers you will rub.

265/70/17 with 4-1/4 back spacing works. the farther you push the rim out the more its going to rub.

^^ this sounds correct to me. OP your talking about 3.75" BS which is too little not to rub.
