new to the forumn! First Tacoma 2015 Tacoma double cab sport 4x4. My name is Miguel. I know this has been asked plenty of times I've read a lot of them but still haven't found my answer. I just want to know if I can add the 5100's to get about a 2" lift in the front to level off the truck using stock springs. I just added wheels and tires and didn't think they would rub , now that they do I just wanna level off the truck to not have any issues. I won't be doing any major off roading, just fishing trips and taking it out hunting. Thanks

Yes you can. Bilstein 5100 come with 4 settings. 0, .85, 1.75, and 2.5. I wouldn't go above the 1.75 setting as it compresses your coils for lift. I have your same truck and have mine set at the 1.75 setting. I added a 1/4 too plate on both fronts for an even 2" plus a 1" block in the back.

It's going to be much stiffer up front if you use your stock spings and the 5100s to lift. Better to lift with a longer spring and keep the 5100s at "0."
