Been sitting on my front locker for some months now; either sell it or install it.

Is there any place either near the central coast or up in the San Jose area that one could recommend for a locker install?

I've got an extra front diff that'll need to get re-geared, and a new in box Harrop locker.

I could go through Zuk out of Arizona but shipping is the only reason why I haven't done it yet.

    Interesting...

For me it was more or less the, packing it all up and shipping stuff out.

Been more busy than ever and I value my limited time off too much.

It's why I have new in box Icon control arms in my closet since August or so :anonymous:

    Grr...I just hate shipping/receiving

If you glanced at the Lunch Table thread, you'd see the many things that never made it to me last month including -

FRS/GMRS vehicle radio from Amazon - got refunded, no replacement sent

OME 890 springs - got a replacement set sent

and 2-3 other things I already forgot about.

A bit of a drive for you but my buddy recently had an ARB locker installed on his LC by Mudrak in Sonoma and he had a good experience.

I just had my truck regeared and front locker installed at rear end specialties in Santa Clara.
    They did well.
They won’t do any of the wiring or air source for the locker though though.

I just had The Rear End Shop in Livermore install 4.88s and a Harrop locker in my 2021. Barry, the owner, is a super honest guy who does a lot of Tacoma re-gears. Using his gears (Sierra Gears + Koyo bearings) gets you a 36k/3 year warranty. I paid just under $2500 for front and rear parts and labor.
