I'm sure this was covered before in a prior thread, howver I can't find an answer. I recently put larger tires on my truck and it rubs a little at full lock on the front mud flap. I can either trim a little or remove the front flaps altogether. I prefer to just remove them as I think it would look better. My only concern is would there be any negative results of me doing this? I know tons of people remove them, has anyone expieremced any negative effects from doing this? I assume some chips from rocks but would there be any greater chance of rust or anything?

Nope no issues with taking them off. You will have missing paint lines once you remove them though. Toyota wasn't smart enough to put 3M behind where they hit the paint.
