Front or rear HC bumper?

    Don’t wanna drop the cash for both front and rear bumper so what are y’all opinions on choosing front bumper with a winch or rear high clearance. I have a 4dr long bed so I fear I’ll be ass dragging more than plowing the front bumper into things.?
    Any opinions would be appreciated oh and happy hump day!
