anybody else having excessive vibration coming from the front passenger seat of their double cab especially when hitting highway speeds?

I'm wondering if my lugs are the issue. I'm running the 4Runner TRD Pro wheels on 275 70 17 BFGs and when I swapped my Off Road wheels for the new ones I used the factory lugs which included the wheel locks

My 2nd gen did this for a while after I bought it brand new. Just lived with it for about a year then it eventually just quit

Doesn't make any sense why it quit though but it did

You can't feel it if you're riding passenger but it just annoys the hell out of me that a brand new truck has a seat that looks like it's having a seizure

My passenger seat vibrates.... the back bolster rubs against the center console arm rest and makes noise.... my solution - move the chair back so it doesn't touch the console.

I think it is the bolt that connects the seat to the back rest.

It's a common well documented issue. My 17 does not suffer and I've heard it's because toyota fixed the issue

Did you lift the rear? If you changed the angles of the drive shaft thats your problem.

I've had this happen on previous vehicles. One or more wheels were out of balance. Went away after balancing.
