Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
I can ship to a HI Fastenal for $150 flat for the bumper. If you want more armor, each additional piece I slap on the pallet only adds another $20 too! Ex. front and rear bumper, or front and sliders ships for only $170 to HI.
If there are any questions you have about my bumpers, feel free to PM/email/call me.

Pioneer Double Din with BT, iPod, etc. Boston Acoustic components in all 4 doors with a Sony amp, powered 8" sub. Ultra gauge, Tom Tom...
I probably didn't need to, but I adjusted the fronts an extra 1/2" (about 1" of lift) to make up for the weight of the winch/bumper combo.

I would think that a proper coilspring would be the way to go. Or just try it and go from there. It seems to me, reading all the threads on lifts, that each truck has its own personality when it comes to how they handle particular lifts.

Base aluminum is about 55-60lbs... roughly 1/2 the weight of the steel bumper at around 100-105lbs.
Pete hasnt had a chance to get his PCed yet due to his location on coastal islands in BC, but member especk has an aluminum front mounted on his truck already.

I am thinking that may be worth it over time with MPG's. What is the difference in strength? I am no metal expert.

I dont know exact strength differences, but the aluminum bumper is 1/4" vs the 3/16" steel and can still handle winching and recovery just fine with the materials and geometry used. The only place I could see the aluminum bumper giving way sooner than the steel, is a hard impact all the way out at the corner edge of the bumper. The aluminum bumper still feels very solid mounted on the truck though, and unless you pull the bumper off the truck and pick it up there's no way you're going to be able to tell it isnt steel.
