    Hey guys,

My apologies if I'm asking about something that's already been featured or discussed already. I've searched, but haven't found the specific into I'm looking for.

I've recently been motivated to add a recordable camera system to my Taco. I'm the victim of someone initiating a claim against my auto insurance policy, claiming that I hit them, when in reality, I didn't. That's my personal reason, but I'm sure many other people have added them for their own reasons and I'm curious what systems people have used, or worked with.

Whether it can be utilized or not, I have an Alpine ILX-W650 head unit w/ a rear view camera installed. It's triggered when I drop in in reverse, etc. Otherwise, I'm not opposed to installing an independent camera system.

What I'd like to accomplish: Have the ability to record (high quality) front/rear (possibly L/R side angle), retrievable footage, and have the system fairly stealth. I'd prefer to hardwire to the ignition and have it active when ever the truck is running. I don't necessarily need to have it record while the truck is off. I'm not afraid to get creative installation wise. Basically, I'm not in the market for a "suction cup" type of thing.

Any thoughts or ideas would be welcomed. Even if someone has model numbers of something, I'm not afraid to do some research, etc.

    Thanks in advance..
