I also did 20% to all of mine. You can’t tell a difference really between the fronts and backs. Don’t bother trying to match or remove it.

I went with 35% rear and 20% front and it’s a good match.

Ceramic is the way to go, it’s worth the investment. You can also have 70% put over the windshield to block the most heat.

I did 25% on the front and 40% on the back. From inside the back is a little darker, but almost a perfect match. From outside the fronts are more obviously lighter. I may put put 20% front and 35% on the back to make it darker soon. If you learn to install it yourself it is way cheaper and pretty easy if you take your time.

30% on my front windows, looks like a match to me. It's also the legal limit in Colorado.

Have 20% all around on my 14 Accord and it looks awesome (black interior, exterior and windows), but nighttime visibility for me is getting to be a challenge. Roll down the window to pull into our unlit neighborhood from the 55 MPH zone.

Thank you. No, I didn't have them do that. I thought it looked good and matched up good to the front window .

20 on the fronts, 70 on the rear doors, 50 on the windshields. All ceramic. The match is as close to perfect as I’ve seen. Same on my T4R.

I just asked the Tint Shop to make it as dark as legal and match all around except a bit darker on the rear. Didn't do the windshield though. I'm happy with it. I can see at night, yet have a pretty good degree of heat protection and privacy.

they are correct, most rear windows are just colored but no film added. so it wont block any heat.

I got mine done 3 months ago and glad that I spent a little more to get Llumar ceramic all around. I told the tint guy to just add a lighter ceramic tint to the rears so that it's not too dark. 30% front and 15% for the rear

How do you like the tinted windshield? I want to get mine done but have been reluctant. In Arizona, I have to replace my windshield about twice a year so I don't think it is worth it.

I did the front two 20% and it matched really well. The back factory tint could now be slightly darker but it's hard to tell and I feel its much easier to just apply more tint down the road if it was to really irk me.

I just had the tint shop try to get as close as they could to the factory rear window / rear windshield glass. They did a good job. I'm not one of those people that likes it as dark as possible.

I want to do a ceramic tint on the front windshield, but seems like possibly wasted money with the windshield breaking frequently. Second cracked windshield in less than a year.

Flexfilm IR ceramic all the way around. 5% on the back glass and access cab doors and front windshield strip. Driver's and passenger side windows are 35%.

Love em. Won’t have a vehicle ever again without it. It gets sooo hot here almost a must. Night driving is fine as well. On back roads with no street lights isn’t even bad with high beams.

Wife drove the truck and the next day I made an apt to get her 4Runner done. If she can see and drive I think most people could haha.

The amount of heat the ceramic cuts down on is just crazy. I can leave em outside at the beach with no sun visor and when I get in the truck it’s not cooking the leather. One of the best mods I’ve done to mods vehicles.

She had a rav4 before the t4r. Both super nice vehicles. After having the t4r she can’t go back to a smaller car. 4Runner is awesome. Some say it’s dated but man I love it. We take her t4r everywhere.
