OEM aren't the same as FrontRunner. Factory is only two bars, if I'm not mistaken, whereas FrontRunner is kind of like a cage with cross bars in the middle. Check their website.

It could be done fairly easily. Welding some tabs to the top of the bedrack and bolting the FR rack directly to your bedrack would be one option. The FR track system makes it very easy to adjust the rack and make sure it's aligned perfectly. Below is a recommendation of good locations for tabs. Another option would be to bolt directly through the tube frame of the bed rack. tab.jpg

does you site offer the rack by itself? i see only kits with the feet for the most part on FR site as well.

That would certainly work! It would be a less-permanent solution, but also easily removable if needed.

We don't have just the tray listed on our site, but can certainly give you a quote (please email michael@pelfreybilt.com).

FrontRunner lists the following tray for their DCSB bed rack setup:
    RRSTJ07 - Slimline II Tray - 1425mm(W) X 1358mm(L)

Since your truck is an Access Cab you'll probably want a longer rack. This is a tiny bit narrower but has the extra length:
    RRSTG09 - Slimline II Tray - 1345mm(W) X 1762mm(L)

Give us a shout if you'd like a quote, please include this post as a reference (michael@pelfreybilt.com)

You got it! Here is one more that sits in the middle of the above options:

    RRSTG08 - Slimline II Tray - 1345mm(W) X 1560mm(L)

Funny enough, I just helped with a Front Runner install on an access cab. Maybe @4T3Underhill will chime in with his experience, but it was pretty much the same process as the link I posted above.

With great help from @GHOST SHIP we tackled a similar install on my tacoma not to long ago. I chose to use the @Pelfreybilt AC mounting brackets that was built specifically for a front runner rack. I bought my FR rack off craigslist, it was originally off a tacoma/4runner i believe. I had to cut it down to correctly fit it to the Pelfreybuilt brackets an tacoma AC cab.

The link above has great info that Ghostship provided. Mounting was fairly easy, The GPS antenna did make us have to mount it a little farther forward on the cabin than I would have liked. We could've mounted behind the antenna but then the rack was to far back on the cabin, and I didn't want to cut the antenna to place it in the ideal location. (there are mods to mount a different antenna) So we made it work... But by mounting in front of the antenna causes the brackets to extend up slightly passed the drip edge (shown in pic below). We used rivnuts not plus nuts, and in my opinion they work better in this situation because rivnuts don't go as far down into the cabin in much as plus nuts would, this might run into an issue because if the airbag which is located close to where you need to drill.

    * Also yes i know the FR rack is upside down! Even if it was right side up, it would still hit the Antenna

How do you like it? Seems like a lot of wind noise will come from that.
